Easyauctionjapan.com is a subsidiary of Sayou World Co., Ltd. The Site is operated by Sayou World Co., Ltd. (here after referred to as “EasyAuctionJapan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the services on Easyauctionjapan.com, you are agreeing to the terms stated below. Before you become a member of EasyAuctionJapan, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

Joining EasyAuctionJapan is completely free. When you win an auction, you have an opportunity to review the fees that you will incur. We may also opt to temporarily change the fees for our services.
Unless stated otherwise, all fees are quoted in Japanese yen. You are responsible for paying any and all fees and applicable taxes associated with Easyauctionjapan.com in a timely manner, generally within 7 calendar days from receipt of notification unless other arrangements have been previously approved. If your account is in arrears, you understand that we may take any and all legal means available to collect the money you owe us, including turning your account over to a collection agency. You also understand that you will be liable for (general penalties) late payment fines in addition to any amount owed. If, after 30 days, we have not received payment from you, you understand that all items become the property of Sayou World Co., Ltd. and you will forfeit any payments that you may have already sent towards the amount owed on these goods.
You will not hold EasyAuctionJapan responsible for any actions or inactions by any auction sellers, including things they post or items they sell. You acknowledge that EasyAuctionJapan is not an auction seller, but merely an intermediary service that simply forwards items from the seller to you. We have no control over and make no guarantees as to the quality, safety or legality of any items advertised, the truth or accuracy of any listings, or the ability of sellers to sell any items or complete any transaction.
We cannot guarantee continual or secure access to our services, and operation of Sites may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Accordingly, to the extent legally allowed, we exclude any and all implied warranties, terms and conditions. We assume no liability for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Easyauctionjapan.com. Some jurisdictions do not permit the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages, so such disclaimers and exclusions do not necessarily apply to you.
If you have a dispute with one or more auction sellers, you release us (and our officers, directors, and employees) from any claims, demands, or damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes.
In the case that an auction seller does not send us an item where you are the winning bidder and we have paid for the item as your proxy, Easyauctionjapan.com will not normally charge a commission. However, you will still bear and pay all invoiced charges incurred for services already rendered by service providers. Easyauctionjapan.com is not liable for any fraudulent activities that third parties may commit during the transaction process.
Our "Disclaimer" is a part of this Agreement and provides additional terms and conditions pertaining to specific services offered on Easyauctionjapan.com.
These terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. Changes take effect once we post them on Easyauctionjapan.com. When using particular services on shopping Sites, you are subject to any posted policies or rules applicable to the services you use through the Site in question. All such policies or rules posted on the Sites are hereby incorporated into this Agreement.

All damages or losses related to auctions or purchases will be considered the customer's own responsibility. International delivery charges cannot be refunded. In the case of a dispute, even if the money you paid for the auction is refunded, you will not have the international delivery charges refunded.
In the case of any dispute or fraudulent action, Easyauctionjapan.com will attempt to contact the auction seller. If the problem is not resolved, we will file a complaint with the auction website and let you know the results. If you are not satisfied, and wish to pursue your claim through legal proceedings, we may help you find a local attorney. Note that all legal disputes due to an auction transaction will be settled in a court located in Japan, and all costs of such proceedings will be born by you.
If we discover that you have provided false information, you agree that EasyAuctionJapan may return any deposit you may have on account less the amount you owe EasyAuctionJapan for current transactions, and sever our business relationship at our sole discretion with no prior or advance notice. We reserve the right to require a copy of your legal identification or other such documents to confirm the information you provided during account registration.
